Turning airdrop links into exchange revenue
Partner airdrops on the exchange were just links out to social networks. Users left the app, and the exchange couldn't see who took part or how much demand there was. I designed an Earning Center where every airdrop and bonus lives inside the exchange, and partners can list their airdrops directly.

Problem
Make the airdrop happen on the exchange
Airdrops brought attention, but all of it went to Twitter and Telegram. The exchange got no trades, no deposits and no data from them. Partners had no way to reach exchange users directly.
If participation happens inside the exchange, every airdrop task can be an exchange action. Deposit, trade, hold. That changes the feature from a list of links into a way to bring in users, list new coins and earn commission on every task.
Key decisions
One place for every reward
The main screen shows total earnings, rewards ready to claim and the list of active airdrops with filters. Quick rewards sit at the top, so a user who opens the section once a week still sees value on the first screen.

Every task is one tap from done
Each task has a shortcut straight to the screen where it gets done. Follow, subscribe, deposit or trade, without hunting through the app. This cut the time to complete tasks and raised completion.

Tasks built from simple parts
Partners needed flexible campaigns without custom design each time. A task is either simple or built from several parts joined with AND or OR. One structure covers a single follow and a multi-step deposit and trade campaign.

Outcome
14 offers launched and over 10 new partnerships signed in the first month. 2,031 users started an airdrop and 1,624 claimed a reward, an 80% claim rate. ARPC reached $17.20.
What's next
Run the full airdrop on the exchange end to end, and add partner tasks that earn the exchange more on each campaign.
